Sure! Want high ceilings and a luxurious, resort-style master bath? Perhaps you’d like a sitting room with a fireplace in your owner’s suite or french doors that open to your private patio or the pool? Done!

Numerous factors can determine the final cost of your new home. Floor plan choice, location, foundation requirements, upgrades, plan modifications and more. Our team is happy to sit down with you to discuss your ideas and budget for your new home. Kezira Homes pricing is competitive in our “build area map” with many features that are already included in our pricing that may be “Upgrade Charges” with other builders. See our Standard Features.

Several factors can determine the timeline for your new custom home’s completion date such as permitting, inspections, weather, delivery of materials from manufactures, etc. Generally, it will take approximately 5 to 10 months – depending on the simplicity or complexity of the architectural home plan – to build your home from the start of foundation to completion. We will keep you involved in the construction process every step of the way!

It depends on case-by-case basis. An “out-of-area” fee may be applied if you are outside our coverage area.

Building a new home on your property operates differently than purchasing an existing home or a new home in one of new builder communities or subdivisions. Typically, those types of new homes, builders must complete building the property on their own and sell it to Home Buyers as “completed new construction homes”. Homebuyers of these types of new homes must obtain eitherConventional, VA, FHA orUSDA loan financing to purchase the home. However, when you build a Custom Home on your lot with your custom plans, you will need to secure a “Construction Loan.”
